For most completed auctions, you can express interest in purchasing unsold lots within 40 days. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Find and select the lot you’re interested in. If it is marked as 'No offers', there may be a possibility to purchase it after the auction.

2. On the lot’s page click the Order button.

3. A request regarding the availability of the selected lot will be forwarded to the organizer.

If the item has not been returned to the owner, the user can expect a response within a few hours. The auction organizer will determine the availability of the item, its current price, and the potential shipping cost. The response to the inquiry will be sent via email.

The offer may be valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the organizer’s terms. During this period, the user must decide whether to purchase and accept the offer. If the decision to purchase is confirmed according to the provided conditions, the seller’s details and available payment options will be sent via email to the address linked to the OneBid account.
