Information about your winning bids can be found in your OneBid user account under Auctions > My Purchases. There you will find, among other things: a list of won and lost items, the total amount due, the organizer’s contact details, and payment information (including bank transfer details or other available payment options).

Additionally, a few minutes after the auction ends, the OneBid system will generate a summary for each participant and send it via email to the address provided during registration. If you cannot find the email from OneBid, please check your SPAM folder.
