To add an auction house to the favourites on your OneBid account, you can choose one of the two available methods:

1. Log into your OneBid account.

2. Find an auction organized by the auction house you are interested in.

3. Select the white star icon with an orange outline located next to the name of the auction house or gallery in the top left corner of the screen.

4. A pop up window about the text messages will appear on the screen. Select the Add button to confirm adding the auction house to your favourites.

The auction house will be added to your Favourites and will be visible on your OneBid account under My Account > Notifications. From this point, you will receive text messages before the start of all auctions from that auction house. To remove the auction house from the list, simply press the star icon again.

Individual auction houses can also be added to your favourites list directly from your Profile. To do so:

1. Log into your OneBid account.
2. Select theuser circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Go to My Accountsection which is located in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).
4. Find and select the Notifications option.
5. In the bottom of the page, in the Favourite auction houses section, expand the Add to the favourites list.
6. Find on the list and add the name of the auction house of interest.

The auction house will be added to your Favourites. From that moment on, you will receive text notifications before the start of all auctions held by that auction house. To remove it from the list, click the X icon next to the auction house name in the Favourite Auction Houses section of your user account.
