How can I set the delivery address?

The OneBid platform sets the delivery address and billing address to be the same by default. If you wish to add a different delivery address, you can easily adjust this in your OneBid account. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your OneBid account.

2. Select a round icon with your initials located in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Go to My account section located in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).

4. Find and select the Delivery option.

5. Add a delivery address by clicking the Add button.

6. Fill in the form and confirm by clicking the Save button.

The new delivery details will be updated in your OneBid account and will apply when registering for new auctions.
If needed, you can add additional delivery addresses. After winning a bid, you will be able to choose a delivery address from the saved ones.

Important! If you change your shipping address after the auction has started or ended, please contact the auction organizer directly and inform them of the changes to the delivery address.
