How to Manage Personal Data on OneBid? – Key Information

● Creating an account on OneBid requires providing an email address, phone number, and password.

● Other data, such as name, surname, address, delivery address and information for an invoice can be provided later.

● Incomplete data may affect the approval of your auction participation request.

● You can edit all your data on your account by selecting My Account in the User Panel.

● After winning a bid, any changes to the delivery address must be additionally confirmed with the auction house or gallery.

Creating an account on OneBid requires providing an email address, phone number, and setting up a secure password. Other information about you, necessary for actively participating in auctions on the platform, can be entered in the registration form for the first auction or in your profile by selecting the My Account > Edit Profile section in the User Panel.


You can also add alternative delivery addresses in the My Account > Deliveries section, as well as details for an invoice (if you wish to receive such a document confirming the purchase). Client details, including shipping information and the preferred type of sales document, are passed on to the relevant auction house at the time of registration for a given auction.

Important! If the information you provide is incomplete, the auction organizer may either reject your registration or contact you to request the missing details.

Important! If you update your information after winning a bid, you must also contact the relevant auction house directly to ensure the change has been registered.
