How to confirm my account after the registration process?

1. An activation link for your OneBid account will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

2. Click the received link to verify your email address.

3. Your account will be fully activated and you will receive access to all functions of OneBid platform.

4. To open User Panel, select the user circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.

From now on, you can use all the features of the service and sign up for auctions.

Important: if you have not received an email with an activation link:

1. Make sure that the email address you provided is correct. You can check this in your Profile under My account > Edit Profile, located in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).

2. Check the spam folder in your email.

To request a new activation email, please follow these steps.

1. Make sure you are logged in to your OneBid account.

2. Go to your profile selecting the user circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.

3. If your email hasn’t been confirmed, a notification will appear on your account asking you to confirm it. Click the Resend button to request a new activation link.


4. After a moment, an email with the activation link will be sent to your address.

5. Check the spam folder in your email account, as the email may have been incorrectly located there.
