What are the rules regarding complaints?

Any complaints regarding an auctioned lot should be submitted directly to the auction organizer.

You can file a complaint with the OneBid portal regarding the auction process and the functionality of our website or app. Complaints related to the non-performance or improper performance of a contract made upon accepting our terms and conditions should be submitted electronically to the provided email address: support@one.bid.

Complaints do not cover defects, faults, and irregularities resulting from:

  • user errors or mistakes,
  • issues arising from the malfunctioning of the user’s web browser or telecommunications connections,
  • the actions of third parties who are not involved, at the initiative of the service provider, in delivering services through the platform.
