To change the preferred currency, follow the steps below.

1. Log into your OneBid account.

2. Select the user circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Go to My Account section which is located in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).

4. Find and select the Edit Profile option.

5. Change the preferred currency.

6. For security reasons, please enter your current password before saving any changes.

7. To confirm the introduced changes, click the Save button.

Your preferred currency will be updated in your OneBid account. The new setting will apply to future auctions you register for after changing the currency.

Important! The new preferred currency will not apply to auctions you have already registered for. In such cases, to change the currency, please contact the auction organizer directly before the auction begins.

Important!The option to pay in other currencies depends on the decision of the specific auction organizer. If the organizer does not offer payment in your preferred currency, you will need to select one of the available currency options when registering for the auction.
