What payment methods are available?

Information about the available payment methods for purchased lots can be found in your OneBid user account under Auctions > My Purchases, as well as in the summary email sent by the system after the auction ends.

The most common payment method is a bank transfer made directly to the auction organizer’s account. When making the transfer, please pay attention to the following:

  1. Title, whose correct wording is given in the summary.
  2. Bank account number assigned to the currency in which you are making the payment. Auction organizers often provide multiple bank account numbers for different currencies. Making a transfer to the wrong account number often results in the need to pay the difference caused by currency conversion fees applied by the bank.
  3. The transfer amount including all fees and delivery costs.

Auction houses and galleries with a physical location often offer the option to pay on-site (by card or in cash) when collecting the item in person. Some sellers also accept alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal). To ensure that your preferred payment method will be accepted, it is recommended to contact the auction organizer before the auction begins.
