To finalize the purchase of lots won during the auction and place an order follow the steps below:

1. Log into your OneBid account using your current password.
2. Select theuser circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Go to the Auctions section which is located in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).
4. Find and select My Purchases option.
5. In this place you can find information about all your wins in the respective auctions.
6. Select the auction for which you want to pay and click the Payment link.
7. On the next page you will find all information necessary to finalize your purchase.

Information about your winnings will also be sent to you by email at the address associated with your account. It will include information about:

• won and lost lots,
• total amount due,
• auction organizer’s contact details and bank transfer details (or details about other forms of payment).

The auction summary often includes the calculated shipping cost. However, in some cases, the shipping cost may be determined by the auction organizer only after the auction ends, taking into account the size, weight, value of the shipment, and the destination country. In such cases, the organizer will usually contact you the following day to arrange the shipping method and costs.

If the delivery method is known right away, it can be changed to another option or replaced with personal collection by selecting the auction in your Account under the My Purchases tab.
