Notifications prior to the auction

• 24 hours before the auction begins, you will receive an email notification about the auctions you’ve registered for.
• 30 minutes before the live auction begins, you will additionally receive a text message reminding about the auction.

Additionally, OneBid will send text notifications about upcoming auctions held by organizers you follow.

Notifications during the live auction

Important! Notifications during the auction must be enabled manually for each item you’re interested in. You can set them up either before the auction starts or while it’s in progress.

You will receive a text notification about the upcoming bidding for a selected lot. The alert will be sent a specified number of lots in advance. You can choose this number when setting up the notification. To do this:

1. Register for the selected auction.

2. Find and select the item you’re interested in.

3. On the lot’s page, click the text (SMS) icon located beneath its name.

4. Choose how many lots in advance you would like to receive the notification before bidding begins on your selected item.

5. Confirm by clicking the Save button.

A live auction screen alert before the item you’re interested in comes up. To enable this alert, follow these steps:

1. Register for the selected auction.

2. Find and select the item you’re interested in.

3. On the lot’s page, select the bell icon located beneath its name.

4. For the lots you have selected, a notification (along with a sound alert) will appear before their live bidding begins.

Additionally, you can also set an alert for a specific lot directly from the live auction screen. To do this, click the bell icon located on the right side of the bar displaying the list of completed and upcoming lots.
