To delete your OneBid account follow the steps below:

1. Log into your OneBid account.

2. Select the user circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Go to My Account section which in the User Panel on the left side (ona computer) or in a drop-down menu (on a mobile device).

4. Find and select the Delete Account option.

5. Confirm that you want to remove the account and click the Delete Account button.

From this moment on, your account will no longer be accessible.

Important! If there are any limits or offers set for any item or auction on your account, it will not be possible to delete the account. Please contact the organizers of the respective auctions to request the removal of your limits and offers. Only once these have been cancelled will the option to delete your account become available again.
