How can I update my personal data on the OneBid account?

In order to update your personal data on the OneBid account please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your OneBid account.

2. Select the user circle icon (or initials) located in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Go to the My Account section, which can be found in the User Panel on the left side (on a computer) or in the drop-down menu (on a mobile device).

4. Find and select Edit Profile.

5. Update your personal data such as email, telephone number, name, surname, address, etc.

6. For security reasons, please enter your current password before saving the changes.

7. To submit changes, click Save button.


Your personal information will be updated on your OneBid account. The new details will apply to future auctions as well as those you have already registered for but that have not yet started.

Important! Remember to provide the new information directly to the organizers of the auctions you are currently participating in. This will help avoid any misunderstandings related to changes in delivery addresses or contact details.
