Work description:
The art created by Wladyslaw Podrazik, a painter from Krakow, a student of Jerzy Nowosielski, delights with contrasting juxtapositions of strong colors and the artist's characteristic technique of execution, distinguished by the regular, rough, spatial texture of the painting layer.
The presented work from the series "Epiphanies" is characterized by a predominance of dark colors, from under which, as it were, two intense colors - deep red and dark green - "emerge". The colors seem to beat with an inner light, which emanates to the whole canvas. Władysław Podrazik's paintings are spiritual in nature, depicting silence and referring to existential values.
